Our CD/DVD Services

Presenta have produced a system that can record all presented material, video, audio and slides. This is compressed in real time in order to fit a full days presentations onto a CD, DVD or USB Flash Drive.

The video, audio and slide content is placed inside the MetaPlayer. This software allows you to view the presentations as a full multimedia experience. There are many options available, new features are being added to the players regularly. Our Design team is also able to customise the player to incorporate your company logo, or alternatively a completely bespoke player can be created.

MetaPlayer, the high-tech, cost effective way to deliver real time multimedia CD's to your delegates at the end of a presentation or event.
For high-impact, onsite duplication - every delegate will receive a copy of the CD as they leave the venue!
MetaPlayer SingleStream will deliver PowerPoint and audio presentations in sync, with up to 7 hours per CD. 6 - 8 hours per CD. (8 - 12 hours in post production).
MetaPlayer DualStream will deliver PowerPoint, audio and video in sync, for 2 - 3 hours per CD, or up to 2 - 3 days on one DVD.
The Presenta System captures all data presented on screen, we can also include workshop or break-out sessions if necessary.
Paper transcripts can be reduced or made obsolete, as the full event can be played back on CD/DVD Rom, on any lap-top or PC.
MetaPlayer allows you to re-live each presentation in your own time, with all the controls usually associated with video playback, fast forward, rewind and pause.

The MetaPlayer Concept

MetaPlayer is the technology that gets the content onto your screen. Created exclusively in-house, MetaPlayer allows you to take control over what you are viewing and gives you the clearest possible replay of a previously recorded event.

Metaplayer can play back any videos recorded by Presenta in addition to PowerPoint slides and embedded PDF files. The Presenta system allows you to record everything that happens at your event. From video software demonstrations to simple PowerPoint slides and audio, all can be recorded and displayed by the MetaPlayer

MetaPlayer has been built to be a modular system, components can be added as required:
